I use my calendar to schedule appointments and keep track of deadlines, and my to-do list helps me make sure that I don’t forget any important tasks. Siri is my constant companion in this, always ready to set a reminder or create an appointment for me. Without these tools, my business would quickly fall apart. That’s why I can’t underestimate the power of the seemingly simplest business tools.

We’re expected to be available 24/7, and as a result, it’s easy to forget about taking care of ourselves. But if we don’t make self-care a priority, we’re more likely to experience burnout.
