Eat that Frog by Brian Tracy

Eat That Frog by Brian Tracy is one of those rare books that can genuinely change your life for the better. In a nutshell, the book is all about taking action and getting things done. However, what sets it apart from other self-help books is the way in which it conveys this message. Rather than simply telling you to get up and get moving, Eat That Frog uses a series of vivid metaphors to illustrate the importance of taking action. For example, the idea of “eating a frog” refers to tackling your most challenging task first thing in the morning. By eating the frog, you get it out of the way and can then move on with your day feeling accomplished.
