  • 1 Oven


  • 1/2 lbs bacon
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • Dash black crushed pepper


  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper oraluminum foil and spray with nonstick
  • Cut the bacon strips in half and place on thebaking sheet. Do not overlap them.
  • In a small bowl, mix the maple syrup, brown sugarand black pepper and mix until well combined.
  • Brush the mixture over the bacon on both sides.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes in the oven, or until crispy.
  • Enjoy while warm!
